Jonathan Wilson filed a notice of appeal of a final order of the circuit court acting in its appellate capacity. Wilson must invoke this court’s jurisdiction by writ of certiorari. Fla. R.App. P. 9.030(b)(2)(B). We treat the notice of appeal as a petition for certiorari and deny the petition.
