Chia v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant’s conviction but remand to recalculate his sentence pursuant to a correct scoresheet under Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla. 2000). See Smith v. State, 761 So.2d 419, 420 (Fla. 2d DCA 2000). The trial court should follow the procedure outlined in Smith.

WARNER, C.J., SHAHOOD and HAZOURI, JJ., concur.
