Woods v. Sapolsky

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Johnson v. First City Bank of Gainesville, 491 So.2d 1217 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986). This dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to seek review upon the trial court’s entry of a final, appealable order.
