PER CURIAM.

Appellant seeks review of his conviction of felony driving while license suspended, in violation of section 322.34(2), Florida Statutes (Supp. 1998). In accordance with the decision in Huss v. State, 771 So.2d 591 (Fla. 1st DCA 2000), appellant’s felony conviction is reversed. We remand with directions to enter judgment and convic*104tion pursuant to section 322.34(2)(a), Fla. Stat. (Supp. 1998).
