Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Based upon our review of the record evidence in this slip and fall case, we conclude that summary judgment was appro*1211priately entered where there was an absence of any evidence as to the actual or constructive notice of the appellee/property owner of the dangerous condition of its property. See Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc. v. Marcotte, 553 So.2d 213 (Fla. 5th DCA 1989).
