As the evidence of the prior trespasses to the premises was relevant to the issue of identity and not unfairly prejudicial, it was within the discretion of the trial court to allow the evidence. See Council v. State, 691 So.2d 1192, 1195 (Fla. 4th DCA 1997). The conviction for aggravated assault is affirmed.
