Brooks v. Florida Department of Corrections

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Having considered the appellant’s response to the Court’s order issued September 27, 2000, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is neither a final order, nor an appealable non-final order. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed. The dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to file a separate appeal when the trial court enters a final order.

ERVIN, BOOTH, and KAHN, JJ., concur.
