Miller v. Miller
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided August 14, 2000 · Kahn, Nortwick, Webster
778 So. 2d 304; 2000 Fla. App. LEXIS 10296; 2000 WL 1140017 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Miller v. Miller

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We treat the appellant’s motion for clarification/remand and other relief as a response to the Court’s order dated June 20, 2000. Having considered the response and relief sought therein, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. Cf. McGurn v. Scott, 596 So.2d 1042 (Fla. 1992). This dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant’s right to seek review upon entry of a final order.
