Gonzalez v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Enrique Gonzalez appeals his sentences for DUI manslaughter and DUI with severe bodily injury for events occurring on May 23, 1997. The sentences were imposed pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. The State concedes that Mr. Gonzalez is entitled to relief under Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla. 2000). Accordingly, we reverse and remand this case to - the trial court for resentencing.

Reversed and remanded.

PATTERSON, C.J., and ALTENBERND and SALCINES, JJ., concur.
