PER CURIAM.

On the authority of this Court’s decision in Sapp Farms, Inc. v. Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, 761 So.2d 347 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000), we affirm the Immediate Final Orders of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and deny Sapp Farms’ mo*1086tion for emergency stay. No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.

Affirmed.
