Plaintiff Belz Investco, Limited Partnership, appeals from orders finding no personal jurisdiction over Grupo Immobiliano Cababie, S.A. and dismissing the action with prejudice on the ground of forum non conveniens. We reverse finding that the trial court does have jurisdiction over Gru-po Immobiliano Cababie, S.A. and that a forum non conveniens dismissal is not appropriate under the circumstances herein.

Reversed and remanded.
