The petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted. Petitioner shall be allowed a belated appeal of the July 7, 2000, judgment and sentence issued by the Calhoun County Circuit Court in case number CIR95-0173. The trial court shall treat this court’s mandate as the notice of appeal. Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(c)(5)(D). If petitioner qualifies for appointed counsel, the trial court shall appoint counsel to represent petitioner on appeal.
