Having considered the appellees’ motion to dismiss, served December 22, 2000, as well as the appellant’s response to the Court’s order, dated January 4, 2001, this appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to file a separate notice of appeal upon entry of a final order by the lower tribunal.
