Milin v. Northwest Florida Land, L.C.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Because genuine issues of material fact remain unresolved as to appellant’s affirmative defenses of boundary by acquiescence and boundary by estoppel, and her causes of action for fraud and trespass, we reverse the final summary judgment and remand the case for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

ERVIN, WEBSTER and LEWIS, JJ., concur.
