David Chiverton appeals from a final order granting summary judgment in his negligence action. We reverse because the record reflects genuine issues of material fact concerning the issue of negligence. See Moore v. Morris, 475 So.2d 666 (Fla. 1985); Hitchcock v. F.S. Disposition, Inc., 704 So.2d 1118 (Fla. 2d DCA 1998).

Reversed.
