Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided March 15, 2001 · Allen, Barfield, Browning

Snider v. Neese

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Having considered appellant’s response to the court’s order, dated February 2, 2001, the Court has determined that it lacks jurisdiction. See, e.g., Johnson v. First City Bank of Gainesville, 491 So.2d 1217 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Further, the Appellant, Charles Ray Snider’s Motion for *1148Fees and Costs, filed February 15, 2001, is denied.
