The State correctly agrees that the trial court erred in issuing an order under case number 98^12097, which denied the defen*967dant’s motion to correct illegal sentence filed in case number 98-42068. Accordingly, we reverse and remand with instructions to the triál court to consider the motion under the correct case number, which is circuit court number 98-42068.

Reversed and remanded with instructions.
