McNair v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided April 18, 2001 · Dell, Klein, Stone
782 So. 2d 994; 2001 Fla. App. LEXIS 5159; 2001 WL 388267 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)
McNair v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

After appellant was sentenced as an habitual offender, he moved to withdraw his plea, but his motion was denied. We affirm the order denying withdraw of the plea, however, our affirmance is without prejudice to appellant seeking post conviction relief. Affirmed.

DELL, STONE and KLEIN, JJ., concur.
