Johnson v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 9, 2001 · Dell, Gunther, Klein
784 So. 2d 550; 2001 Fla. App. LEXIS 6209; 2001 WL 485179 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)
Johnson v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant’s sentence for armed robbery but remand for correction of a clerical error in the judgment of conviction, so that it reflects that the conviction was for robbery with a firearm rather than robbery with a deadly weapon.

DELL, GUNTHER and KLEIN, JJ., concur.
