Miller v. Faith Christian Family Church of Panama City Beach, Inc.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 17, 2001 · Benton, Davis, Webster
784 So. 2d 604; 2001 Fla. App. LEXIS 7017; 2001 WL 521376 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Miller v. Faith Christian Family Church of Panama City Beach, Inc.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Petitioners seek review by petition for a writ of certiorari of a non-final order entered by the trial court. Because we conclude that petitioners have failed to demonstrate that the trial court’s order will cause them any injury, irreparable or otherwise, we deny the petition. See Martin-Johnson, Inc. v. Savage, 509 So.2d 1097, 1099 (Fla. 1987).

PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIO-RARI DENIED.
