Guilder v. Lestrange

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We deny this petition for writ of certio-rari, taken from the circuit court sitting in its appellate capacity. Petitioner has *1237failed to demonstrate that the circuit court denied him procedural due process, or that it departed from the essential requirements of law in such a way as to cause a miscarriage of justice. See Haines City Community Dev. v. Heggs, 658 So.2d 523 (Fla. 1995).

CERTIORARI DENIED.

STONE, POLEN and GROSS, JJ., concur.
