GRIFFIN, J.

We have this case on remand from the Supreme Court of Florida for reconsideration in light of State v. Warner, 762 So.2d 507 (Fla. 2000). Upon review of the record in light of Warner, we conclude that reversible error does not appear. Id. at 515, n. 14.

AFFIRMED.
