Williams v. State
Opinion of the Court
Terrence Williams was adjudicated guilty of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. and petit theft and sentenced as a prison releasee reoffender. Appellant argues that the Prison Releasee Reoffender Act does not apply to burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Based upon State v. Huggins, 26 Fla. L. Weekly S174, — So.2d —, 2001 WL 278107 (Fla. Mar. 22, 2001), we agree and reverse.
