PER CURIAM.

The lower court’s order dismissing appellant’s class-action complaint is affirmed. Our disposition is, however, without prejudice to the right of appellant to seek further relief pending the outcome of the litigation in Talquin Electric Cooperative, Inc. v. Wakulla County, No.2000CA-078 (Fla.2d Cir.Ct.).

AFFIRMED.
