PER CURIAM.

Affirmed. Unlike Wollard v. Lloyd’s & Co. of Lloyd’s, 439 So.2d 217 (Fla. 1983), this case does not involve a denial of coverage. Accordingly, this case is governed by United States Fid. & Guar. Co. v. Romay, 744 So.2d 467 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999)(en banc).
