PER CURIAM.

In accordance with the appellant’s concession that the order below is not a final order, the instant appeal is hereby dismissed. The dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant’s right to seek review following the entry of a final order. See Monticello Ins. Co. v. Thompson, 743 So.2d 1215 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999); Benton v. *1247Moore, 655 So.2d 1272, 1273 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995).
