Miller v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Emanuel Miller appeals the summary denial of his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) motion. We affirm the order in its entirety. If Miller is seeking to challenge the amount of credit he received for time spent in the county jail after sentencing, he must address this issue with the Department of Corrections. See Brown v. State, 793 So.2d 27 (Fla. 2d DCA 2001).

Affirmed.

PARKER, A.C.J., and CASANUEVA and SILBERMAN, JJ., concur.
