Wray v. State

Opinion of the Court

DAVIS, Judge.

In this appeal pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), James Alan Wray challenges his sentence for aggravated assault, handed down after the trial court had determined that he violated the conditions of his community control. We affirm Wray’s sentence without prejudice to him filing any appropriate postconviction motions.

Affirmed.
