PER CURIAM.

Having considered appellant’s response to the court’s order of August 24, 2001, as well as appellant’s Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction for 60 Days, the motion is denied and the appeal is dismissed. See Edler v. State, 673 So.2d 970 (Fla. 1st DCA 1996).
