Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The petitioner challenges the administrative law judge’s non-final order denying the petitioner’s motion to disqualify the law firm Holland & Knight, L.L.P., from representing respondent Big Bend Transfer Company in the administrative proceedings at issue. We have jurisdiction. Fla. R.App. P. 9.100(c)(3). Having reached the merits of the petition, we accordingly deny it.
