PER CURIAM.

Appellant challenges a final order dismissing its foreclosure action with prejudice. We affirm the order as to all appel-lees except Stanley Waters and Cindi Jo Waters. The record indicates no grounds to have dismissed the ease against the Waters; therefore, the order as related to them is reversed.

Appellant’s and appellees’ requests for appellate attorneys’ fees are DENIED.

WOLF, KAHN and BENTON, JJ. concur.
