PER CURIAM.

This appeal from an order denying a motion to dismiss a forfeiture proceeding is itself dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Fineman v. Greenberg, 575 So.2d 1310 (Fla. 3d DCA 1991); Seigle v. Barry, 422 So.2d 63 (Fla. 4th DCA 1982), pet. for review denied, 431 So.2d 988 (Fla. 1983); Peavy v. Parrish, 385 So.2d 1034 (Fla. 4th DCA 1980).
