Bloom v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Ira Bloom appeals an order of the Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission, which affirmed the denial of unemployment compensation benefits. It appears that the order is consistent with the applicable law. See § 443.091(1)(c)1., Fla. Stat. (2001); Florida Indus. Comm’n v. Ciarlante, 84 So.2d 1, 3 (Fla. 1955). Accordingly the order now under review is affirmed.
