(concurring).

It appears the order dated June 8, 2001, was entered after judgment and after the notice of appeal had been filed. That being so, the arguments pertaining to the June 8 order are not before us. It may be that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to enter it and conceivably it may be subject to a motion for relief from judgment but those issues, likewise, are not before us.
