Opinion of the Court

GREEN, Judge.

Edward G. Helm argues on appeal that the probate court erred in requiring him to turn over to the appellee, United Trust Company, monies in three accounts. United Trust Company is the personal representative of Mr. Helm’s deceased mother’s estate. Because the probate court did not actually determine whether the accounts are part of the estate, we affirm. This decision shall have no effect as to ownership of the accounts.

Affirmed.
