Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In this direct criminal appeal, we affirm appellant’s judgments and sentences. We do not reach his claims of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. See State v. Barber, 301 So.2d 7 (Fla. 1974).

AFFIRMED.
