PER CURIAM.

Because this Court is not authorized to grant a belated appeal in a civil proceeding, we reverse as an abuse of discretion the trial court’s denial of the Appellant’s motion to vacate brought pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540(b), and *359remand the matter to the trial court. See Lyons v. State, 797 So.2d 1271 (Fla. 1st DCA 2001).
