PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of certiorari is granted. The circuit court order dated March 21, 2002, is quashed. See Watson v. Griffith, 665 So.2d 357 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995), case dismissed, 675 So.2d 931 (Fla. 1996); Department of Revenue ex rel. King v. Blocker, 806 So.2d 607 (Fla. 4th DCA 2002).
