The appellant challenges an administrative order upholding a denial of her application for public assistance benefits. We affirm the appealed order, but express no view as to whether the appellant may be able to proceed under the version of Florida Administrative Code Rule 12E-1.008 as amended in March 2002, with regard to future benefit periods.
