Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the final judgement for attorney’s fees and costs in all respects but one. We reverse the award of $1,500 as part of the taxable costs of $16,185.26, since that award was included as part of the award for the expert witness fee.

Affirmed in part; reversed in part, and remanded.
