Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In these consolidated appeals, Masci Construction, Inc., and Lyndon Property Insurance Co. argue that the trial court erred by transferring venue to Seminole County instead of Orange County. Based on Southeastern Municipal Supply Co.’s concession of error, we reverse and remand for the trial court to transfer venue to Orange County.

Reversed and remanded.
