PER CURIAM.

Bruce Lee Woody appeals his judgments and sentences for sexual battery with a firearm and sexual battery with a deadly weapon. We affirm without prejudice to any right Mr. Woody might have to file a *418timely motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
