We affirm the order denying appellant’s petition for writ of mandamus without prejudice to refile his petition within thirty (30) days. The revised petition shall in-*356elude copies of all correspondence substantiating appellant’s prior written requests and entitlement to the requested records under section 119.07, Florida Statutes (2002).
