PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of March 27, 2003, the Court has determined that the order on appeal does not fall within the scope of Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3)(B). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The appellant’s motion to *1028consolidate this appeal with the appeal in case number 1D03-1044 is denied.

DISMISSED.
