Lloyd v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Richard Lloyd appeals his judgment and sentence for robbery with a firearm. The offense occurred on May 12, 2001. We affirm Mr. Lloyd’s judgment for robbery with a firearm because the evidence was sufficient to submit the issue to a jury. Additionally, we affirm the resulting sentence of thirty years’ imprisonment as a *713habitual felony offender, with a ten-year minimum.

Affirmed.
