The petition is granted and Fred Carter is hereby awarded a belated appeal from the order of May 2, 2002, which denied petitioner’s motion for postconviction relief *757in case number 99-11275-CF-A in the Circuit Court in and for Duval County. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
