Affirmed. See Applegate v. Barnett Bank of Tallahassee, 377 So.2d 1150 (Fla. 1979). With respect to appellant’s claim regarding the invalidity of his marriage, *286our affirmance is without prejudice to this issue being raised in the trial court.
