PER CURIAM.

The State properly concedes that the trial court erred by dismissing the defendant’s motion for post-conviction relief based on its finding that it lacked jurisdiction. Therefore, we reverse the order un*1077der review and remand to the trial court so that it may review the merits of the defendant’s motion.

Reversed and remanded.
