Florida Department of Revenue ex rel. Puentes v. Puentes

Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of November 24, 2003, the Court has determined that because the order does not deny an administrative support order, it does not constitute final agency action. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
