Jones v. Department of Children & Families

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

In this appeal of a final order of the Department of Children and Families which disqualified James Jones from employment, Jones argues the Department wrongfully disqualified him from his employment “as it had no statutory authority to do so.” This argument is without merit. *296Accordingly, the final order is AFFIRMED.
